Terms of service

By accessing or using The Price Games you agree to these Terms of Service and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may play anonymously or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Google account you use to sign in. One natural person, one account — do not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.

You may delete your account at any time from the menu (Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent; it removes your profile, your scores and your Supabase Auth record.

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, macros, emulators or any automated means to submit scores or interact with the leaderboard; (b) exploit bugs, modify the client, tamper with network traffic or otherwise cheat; (c) attempt to access data that is not yours, probe for vulnerabilities, or overload our infrastructure; (d) use the service to harass other users or impersonate someone else.

We may suspend or delete accounts and remove scores that we have reasonable grounds to believe violate these rules. Abuse at scale or malicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities when sufficient evidence is available.

Product links on this site are affiliate links through the eBay Partner Network. A purchase made after clicking one may generate a small commission for us at no extra cost to you. This does not change your relationship with eBay or the seller, which is governed by eBay’s own terms.

If you have the official eBay or Amazon app installed on your mobile device, tapping a link may launch the app instead of your browser. That app may display the product in its own configured region, so the currency and price may differ from the price shown in the game.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and in particular we make no representation about the accuracy, availability or current price of the products shown.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Price Games and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including any purchase decision made based on prices displayed in the game.

We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, irrespective of where the service is accessed from.

For users acting as consumers residing in the European Union, the competent courts are those of the consumer’s place of residence (Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 art. 17-19; TRLGDCU art. 90.2). For any other user, the parties submit to the courts of the place of residence of the service operator in Spain.
